For a gameplay or loading problem, include your Android device model, game version, chapter number and the steps that led to it. For Google sign-in or cloud-save help, include the message shown on the Google / Cloud Save screen. Do not send passwords or sign-in codes.
Open cloud-save controls using the user icon at the top right of Camp, beside Settings. For account removal, follow the Jungle Hunt deletion instructions or email us if you cannot access the game.
