Jungle Hunt Privacy Policy

AM-Games · Last updated: September 14, 2026

AM-Games provides Jungle Hunt, the Android game identified as com.amgames.junglehunt. This policy explains the information handled by the game and its connected services. For privacy questions or requests, email sarkermit.apps@gmail.com.

You can play without a Google account. Signing in enables cloud backup. Analytics, crash reporting and advertising services can operate without sign-in when your device is online.

Delete your Jungle Hunt account or request data deletion · Retention · Your choices

Progress saved on your device

The game saves chapter progress, stars, coins, best shot counts and completion times, equipment upgrades, special-arrow quantities, your selected arrow, tutorial completion and music, sound, aim-assist and motion preferences. This information lets you continue your game. Local saving and gameplay work offline.

Optional Google sign-in and cloud backup

If you sign in, Google and Firebase Authentication process your Google sign-in credentials and basic account information, including an account identifier, email address and any name or profile-photo information supplied by Google. Jungle Hunt does not receive your Google password.

Cloud Firestore stores your game progress and preferences against your Firebase user ID, with save-version and update information. We use this to back up, synchronize and restore your journey. Your save is not a public profile or leaderboard. Signing in again can create a new game account after deletion and upload progress still saved on your device.

From Camp, tap the user icon at the top right, beside Settings, to open Google / Cloud Save. You can connect, synchronize, disconnect or delete the cloud account. If device and cloud saves conflict, the game asks which to keep.

Gameplay analytics and crash reports

Firebase Analytics records events such as chapter starts and results, stars earned, shots used, completion time, tutorial completion, Google sign-in and arrow or upgrade purchases made with game coins. These events help us understand gameplay and improve the game.

Firebase Crashlytics receives crash reports and diagnostic context, including game version and chapter. The services also process app or installation identifiers and device information. Our custom event parameters do not contain your name, email address or sign-in tokens, and our code does not assign your Firebase account ID as an Analytics or Crashlytics user ID.

Analytics and crash collection are enabled. The current game has no separate switch to turn them off. Disconnecting cloud backup does not disable these services. Firebase advertising-ID collection and advertising-personalization signals are disabled in the game configuration. See Firebase privacy and security information.

Unity technical diagnostics

Jungle Hunt uses the Unity engine with engine diagnostics enabled. Unity can process technical information about the app, device, performance and errors for engine reliability and compatibility. This is separate from the game's Firebase gameplay events. See Unity's collection settings and Unity's Game Player and App User Privacy Policy for its handling of this information and available rights.

Advertising and game coins

Google AdMob can show a full-screen ad after a level attempt ends in a win or loss. Ads do not give a gameplay reward. The current Android version uses Google's test ad placements. Arrows and upgrades use game coins; Jungle Hunt has no real-money purchases, subscriptions or payment-card collection.

Google's advertising SDK processes IP addresses, approximate location inferred from IP, ad interactions, app/device or platform identifiers and diagnostics for ads, analytics and fraud prevention. Requests specify non-personalized ads. The standard Android Advertising ID permission is excluded from this build; other SDK and Android advertising-service data can still be processed. See Google's advertising SDK disclosure and Google's Privacy Policy.

The test-ad version does not display an Ad Privacy option. In a version using live ads, the game's Google consent flow and Settings > Ad Privacy apply when Google requires them. Ad choices do not turn off Firebase analytics or crash reporting.

Support messages and service providers

When you contact sarkermit.apps@gmail.com, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you send. We use them to answer questions, investigate problems, verify account ownership and handle privacy requests. Our support email is handled through Google's Gmail service. Send only information needed for your request; never send passwords, authentication codes or sign-in tokens.

Information is processed by Google/Firebase for sign-in, cloud storage, analytics, crash reporting, advertising and support email, and by Unity for engine diagnostics. Service providers may process information in countries other than yours. Their linked privacy policies explain their handling and international-transfer safeguards. We do not sell your personal information.

Security and information the game does not request

Firebase and Google Mobile Ads use encrypted connections for network data. Cloud-save requests use your authenticated game account. No online service or storage method can guarantee absolute security.

Jungle Hunt does not ask to access your contacts, camera, microphone, SMS or precise GPS location. It has no chat or player-upload feature. Approximate location can still be inferred by advertising services from your internet connection. Google sign-in uses Google's own account-verification interface; the game does not receive fingerprint or other biometric information.

How long information is kept

  • Device progress: kept until you clear the game's storage. Android backup and restore settings can cause saved data to return later.
  • Cloud save and game account: kept until account deletion is completed. Successful in-app deletion removes the active Firestore save and Firebase Authentication account while keeping device progress.
  • Provider retention: Firebase says authentication data is removed from its live and backup systems within 180 days after deletion is initiated. Crashlytics keeps crash information and associated identifiers for 90 days before starting removal. These provider periods are separate from removing the active game account. Firebase retention details.
  • Other analytics, advertising and Unity records: handled under the providers' retention policies and service settings. The cloud-account button does not erase these records. Contact us about identifiable data you want removed; we will assess the records we can locate and the relevant provider deletion options.
  • Support correspondence: retained while needed to handle your request and related follow-up. You can request deletion of your messages and attachments. If a specific legal obligation prevents deletion of a record, we will explain the reason and applicable retention period.

Your privacy choices and deletion

Use the Camp user icon to disconnect cloud backup or choose Delete Cloud Account, then Confirm Delete and verify with the same Google account. Cloud-account deletion does not delete your Google account, local progress or previously sent telemetry. Signing out, clearing local storage and uninstalling do not by themselves delete cloud data.

You can also request account deletion without installing or opening the game by emailing sarkermit.apps@gmail.com. See the account and data-deletion page for the steps, information to include and what is removed.

Depending on the laws that apply to you, you may request access, correction, a copy or deletion of your personal information, or object to or restrict certain processing. Email us to make a request. We may need to verify ownership before providing or deleting account information. We will explain any limits that apply to your request.

Parents and guardians

If you believe a child has provided personal information through Jungle Hunt or a support message, contact us at sarkermit.apps@gmail.com. We will investigate and address the request, including deletion where appropriate. Google account access is also subject to Google's account requirements.

Policy updates

We will revise this page and its date when the game's data practices change. Privacy and data-deletion contact: AM-Games, sarkermit.apps@gmail.com.
